Hello all,
I’m hoping someone can offer some advice.
My Sky Stream puck was working perfectly after initial setup, and I was very happy with it. However, in June last year it suddenly stopped working without warning. At that point it was only around a year old.
The power light still comes on, but there is no picture or sound on the TV. I initially suspected an HDMI issue, so I tried a different HDMI cable that I know works (tested with my Xbox beforehand). Unfortunately, the issue remained — no visual output and no audio.
I have since carried out a full hard reset and restart, and followed all the usual troubleshooting steps suggested on the forum (including holding the button until the lights change/flash). None of these steps have resolved the problem.
I’ve tried searching for similar issues on the forum and elsewhere, but I’ve found the newer Sky layout difficult to navigate, particularly on the mobile app. I’m now posting from a laptop to see if I can get some direct advice.
I appreciate that I should have contacted Sky sooner, but unfortunately this slipped through the net due to my ADHD and work life. As it stands, I have paid £160 and it hasn’t been usable for some time.
Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
