Sky Puck Delivery

Hi all. I ordered sky stream on Friday. Supposed to arrive Saturday and didn't. No one at Royal Mail knows where it is. It shows as arrived from sky then presumably lost! Trying to get in touch with sky is near impossible. Email bounces straight back. Phone calls cut out after finally pressing with numbers to get to where i think i need to be. Anyone had similar experiences? Anyone from Sky that could look into this or send a replacement?

@Eldienne1  Sky don't use email as a form of communication which is why your email you sent to a non reply address bounces.

 

We can ask the Community messaging team to help you if you wish.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
