Sky Puck Black Screen

Sky Puck only shows menu then screen goes black when I select a channel. I'm paying £100 a month for nothing. I've had this problem for multiple weeks and have spoken to multiple people on the phone who say they will progress things and fix it but never do. I would like to cancel the tv service and move to virgin media, how can I do this?

You will need to call sky. We are fellow customers here on the community.

However you may first need to raise a complaint and give them an opportunity to resolve if you are in a minimum term contract as it is at their discretion to allow you to leave: See: https://www.sky.com/help/your-account/making-a-complaint/how-to-make-a-sky-complaint/articles/how-to...
