Sky PUK

How do i order another PUK, all routes on the main site lead to a dead end??

Hi @Argsm 

 

If you log on to my sky you can order them from there. You need to ensure you have the whole home pack on your account and there is a £39.99 fee for each puck.

 

My Sky (app or website) > TV > Products > Manage > Home set up.

 

You can have up to 6 on your account.

Make sure you ask for a Sky Stream PUCK not a PUK. 

A PUK is a Personal Unblocking Key used to unlock SIM cards for mobile phones.
