Sky PUK constantly rebooting
I have had a Sky PUK streaming box for the past 6 months, however have been having endless problems with it freezing and rebooting various times a day. We are on the Full fibre Gigafast WiFi and that seems to be running absolutely fine. At a loss as to what could be causing the constant issue with the streaming device

Stream pucks can be a bit flaky. That's just the way it is I'm afraid. They are much more sensitive to network fluctuations than most other streaming devices, or any device that uses your broadband in fact.
You need to make sure you can provide a fast, stable and constant nework connection, otherwise SkyOS, the operating system the puck runs on, can't communicate with Sky's servers efficiently enough. Any WiFi interference, speed change, bandwidth dip, etc can give the puck grief.
It's a good idea to give it a weekly reboot to flush the cache and reconnect to Sky's servers. This can help maintain stability, but it's really up to you to check your broadband, maybe connect via ethernet and see if it improves, or call Sky for further troubleshooting. They will send out a new puck if all else fails which may or may not be better.
