Hiya,

I'm binging GoT, there seems to be a few episodes that come up with an error 'Sorry, this item is currently unavailable. Please try again later'

So far I've noticed this on S3 - episodes 8 and 10 and S4 ep 1.

If this is a box set shouldn't they all be available to watch? And if so, can it be fixed please?

Just tried Myself on my Sky Stream.

Some of those episodes are not available to me either.

Your best bet to get this checked and resolved by Sky is to send an email to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;

They do respond to emails with any updates for your queries or problems.

I will be doing the same later.

So, I'm trying to watch the rookie on my sky Puck Box in which I watched an episode last night so know I have access to this. However, today when I click on any episode it comes up saying "sorry, this item is currently unavailable. Please try again later"

I've gone onto sky go on my phone in which it then loads up fine?

Sky box is loading fine (internet wise) as it's allowed me to watch other things? So I'm wondering why this would be occuring?

There's no link between Sky Go on mobile devices and the Sky Stream puck - they stream different files from Sky's servers. 

Give your puck a reboot and see if it allows you to search for The Rookie. You'll need to search for the individual episode you're after as it doesn't link to what you've watched on Sky Go.

@GD1 @Yes, I mean I've tried to load the episode on sky go on my phone (to see if it was that the programme isn't available anymore). In which it loads fine on sky go on my phone but the sky puck which is connected to the tv the programme won't load on.

Might be worth emailing Viewer Relations to ask if there's an issue with the specific show you're trying to stream. Their email address is ViewerR@sky.uk

Hi, 

I got sky tv a week and a half ago, I was streaming Game Of Thrones and it only let me see up to the last episode of season three... when I try to watch it I get a message that's says " sorry, this item is currently unavailable. Try it again later".

anyone else has had this issue? Does it mean that the amount of streaming we can watch is limited ?

There's no limit on the amount of streaming you can do. The only limits are normally rights issues which mean that certain content can be removed from Sky's servers at any given time due to the expiry of certain broadcast or streaming rights. 

HBO can take their content away for certain periods so that they can sell it as an exclusive for a period of time on UHD Blu Ray for example, but it usually returns after a period of time.

I don't think it's a rights issue. It's available to watch on Sky go, but then limited to watching on a small screen.

Trying to watch Westworld and I'm being presented with blue screen and message "Sorry, this item is currently unavailable, please try again later." I watched episode S1:E3 yesterday, I just want to watch the next episode!

Ive restarted my Sky Glass TV and still not working! It works on my iPad on the Sky Go app, but I want to watch it on my TV, not my little iPad screen.
