Sky Atlantic issues today (17th Dec)
Been trying to watch Dunbe: Prophency since lunchtime. Permanent "There is a technical fault with this programme". Tried a few other Sky Atlantic shows and get the same for all. All other Sky Stream services working ok.
Have rebooted the puck numerous times. No joy.
Getting ****ing annoyed. I do not pay A LOT of money per month not to watch something.

We are fellow customers on the forum, not Sky customer services, who also pay a lot of money to sky and try and help others out for no personal gain, so no need to swear.
Episode one and two working here when tested. When you have rebooted your puck, has this been using the menu? Or have you powered it off for a few minutes at the mains? I would suggest try leaving it off for 10 minutes and then trying again as this will clear any cache.
If not might be worth telling us who your ISP is and what version you are trying to play, such as HD, or UHD/HDR. Although I've tried both and working for me.
