New Advert skipping

New advert skipping seems to get confused with where the adverts are and are not. Hawaii 5-o is vertically unwatchable as it keeps going to the adverts and skipping bits of the programme, then greeted with a black screen. 500mbps broadband so connection not an issue. One of many issues we experience with sky stream.

@siggles98  Restarting / rebooting your puck may well clear the problem if it is just a software glitch.  The Add skipping has been working well for me and is a great new feature.

 

To restart your puck go into Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device.  It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears so don’t be concerned when this happens.

 

Hopefully that will clear the problem for you 🤞

A 0.5 Mbps connection isn't fast enough to support Sky Stream😵💫

Well I can confirm it's a full fibre connection if it was 0.5 mbps I would be saying 500kbps. Google it 😉

I have tried this to be honest. Maybe it's something that will sort itself out. We will see I think!

Surely you mean 0.5 Mbps being the equivalent of 500Kbps😉
