Skip ads button has disappeared

I paid for the skip ads feature and have been loving it so far! 

But, for the past week or so, the skip ads button isn't showing anymore. I know it's first world problems, but now I have to fast forward though the ads instead of plain old skip.

May as well not pay for it because technically I'm still seeing the ads - fast forward too far and you have to rewind, fast forward too slow and you're pretty much watching the ads.

This is on Sky Atlantic. 

Have Sky got rid of the skip ads button?

@KC30  just to confirm your not watching live content? Try rebooting the puck if you haven't already

@KC30  Hi, any Sky channel including Atlantic still has the skip ad button so as @SKY1992bf  says try a puck reset either via the Settings button or unplugging the power for 30 seconds oe more.  Ad skipping should also work on other non Sky channels but the Sky channel system of just pressing a button is the most elegant.  Other channel systems vary in performance some being quite chunky and tempromental.
