Should I have gotten 2 pucks?

I signed up for Sky TV Ultimate last week and added on Whole Home. The next day I received a puck & remote. Should I have gotten an extra puck and remote as part of Whole Home? I thought the idea was 2 people can watch Sky stuff in 2 different rooms simultaneously.

Thanks!

@TheJims it is, but ordering Whole Home doesn't include,a,second Puck. You need to order that separately.

Pretty sure the lady on the phone enticed me to sign up to Whole Home by saying it could skip the hardware charge if I added it there an then.. Made me feel I would of getting the items needed to watch in two rooms at once.... 😞

@TheJims  The first additional puck is usually free provided you specifically ordered the required number, if you didn't ask for any additional pucks the agent would not have added them because as @Mark39  rightly indicated adding whole home by itself doesn't include any additional pucks as standard, given that whole home can be purchased just to watch sky tv on midnight mobile devices only

When I signed up online as a new customer I added the whole home subscription and a second puck was automatically included. However if you ordered Sky Stream and then added Whole Home after receiving the original hardware and activation you’ll need to request the extra puck through your Sky account.

It makes sense; not everyone wants an extra puck. Sky Go on an Apple TV or console requires a whole home subscription.
