I was meant to pay my sky TV bill yesterday but unfortunately I want be able to pay it due to my bank account been hacked and I could do with my sky stream back on so I could but in the bed has my parent has just come out off hospital has she suffes with mental health issues and see tried to hurt herself and she been told to rest so it would be greatful if you could help me please

@Mat197945 unfortunately Sky have a standard process that applies to all customers, if the bill is overdue and hasn't been paid services are restricted until payment is received and a new payment method whether a direct debit or card payment is setup on the account.
