My sky has been disconnected

I would like to no why my sky has been turned off when the bill was paid on the 28th of January and the next bill isn't till the 28th of February

Hi @KatbarrowThis is a customer user forum so as customers we have no access to your account details.  You will need to call Sky direct.

 

If Sky is your mobile provider you can phone them by  dialling 150.  If it is not your provider follow this link https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help at the bottom of the page, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will block it.
