Setting up subscription difficulties
My puck arrived this morning and I am getting a "no subscription" message. How do I move forward from this page? I do not want Sky Ultimate, my package is for Sky Essential and Sky Sports

@David608 Your post has been moved from the Sky+ Board as you don't have Sky+, you have Sky stream, they are 2 entirely different systems.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
