Setting up issues

Just setting up my Sky Tv Stream with my new puck and it's stuck in a loop of'letd get connected...' then 'updating software...' then it switches off and on and goes back through it again on a loop! I've reset it, switched it off and on about 5 times and left it for an hour to run to see if that would work but nothing! Any help greatly appreciated.

Re: Setting up issues

Hi! I've tried that a couple of times, not sure the remote is linking up as it doesn't flash.

Hi @Carlyle34

Take the back off the remote and make sure that no paper has stuck in it from removing the tab. Failing that you will need to speak to sky.
