Recently installed SKY Glass 2 which is brilliant. Also have a SKY Puck connected to a Samsung (UE24N4300AE). All working fine except when using the SKY Remote to turn off the TV it doesn't work. It turns off the Puck and the TV then displays a 'No Signal' message. I get that but was under the impression that by enabling HDMI-CEC in settings this could be overcome?
Anybody had this issue and resolved it?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Sparky74 I also have a Samsung TV. Others have mentioned the long press. I hold the remote off button until the TV shuts down which takes a couple of seconds.
