Series not complete on sky puck
I am trying to watch Chernobyl episode 5. So far all other 4 episodes are available and played without any concerns, but episode 5 is not on the series page. I can find it on sky go on my phone, but not on the Sky puck. Anyone had this issue before?

Are you still seeing no episode 5?
Just checked on my Puck and I can see and play all five episodes.
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Protect smart tech kit tester.

Hi @lettice purely out of interest I checked on my puck and like @Pedmiguel I am only showing episodes 1-4 with episode 5 missing.
@Pedmiguel as already suggest by @MightyQuinn email Viewer Relations giving them as much information as possible.

Did you do a search or looking through the rails?
Ive done a voice search, manual search and checked out the rail under TV series> Sky Atlantic> Chernobyl and all five episodes show.
Also added it to my playlist and all five episodes are listed there.

@lettice I just did a voice search and then opened the resulting icon (Sky Atlantic). Just done it again and still episode 5 is missing. I'm not concerned as I watched the series ages ago but it is a bit frustrating for those currently watching if they can't get access to the final episode.

I am having this issue too. It's my first time watching the series, I finished Episode 4 and I went to play 5 and it is not there. I downloaded the sky go app on my phone and it is on there. But i would rather not watch it on my phone.
