Just press and hold the microphone button on the remote and say the name of the film or actor you want to search for.

Note that realistically the back catalogue on Sky Cinema is reducing as studios claw back their own material for their own streaming app platforms.  In addition the global streamers (Apple, Amazon, Netflix etc) can always outbid a relatively small regional distributor like Sky if they choose to do so.
