Screen shows please wait for your programme to load yet the programme is playing ok ?

Screen shows 'Please Wait for your programme to load' .. yet the programme is playing perfectly well. I've tried it on multiple channels and each takes up to a minute to load 'loading' showing and a circle spinning, but once loaded the same happens message appears whilst the programme is viewable ?

It taking a minute to load a channel certainly foesnt sound normal. How is the stream connected to the internet?

 

Have you tried a full reboot of the stream (unplug it for a couple of minutes)?
