@Claire366 Hi Claire, you didn't say how long you have had the puck but there are usually three reasons why this might suddenly start doing this if previously ok.. One is you have a puck that has developed a fault in which case you need to contact Sky and request a replacement. Secondly especially if you are connected to your router via WiFi then you have unintentionally done something to disturb the signal between your router and your puck. If either has moved or something has blocked the line of sight between the two this can disrupt the signal. Thirdly have you placed anything near your puck as this works best stood on its own without anything touching it.
