SKy Ultimate Upgrade and Existing Netfkix add-on

I currently have Sky Essential plus separate Netflix add-on. The latest Sky Ultimate upgrade looks to include Netflix. If I get the upgrade will my existing separate Netflix no longer be needed or will I need to keep paying for it for rest of its contract even if it's included in new Ultimate deal?

Netflix is included with both Essential and Ultimate TV on Sky Stream. If you switch from Essential to Ultimate your existing Netflix account will remain. 

Do you have Sky Q? Netflix is not included on Sky Q Essentials. If you are paying for it separately then you should be able to switch to Ultimate on Q as it is usually on a monthly contract.

Thanks for your reply. I currently have Sky Essential and get billed separately for Netflix Basic. Are you saying I shouldn't be?

Are you paying extra for Netflix Standard to get rid of ads? Only Netflix Standard with ads is included with Sky subscriptions. You'll still have to pay for ad-free Netflix on Ultimate.
Or are you paying Netflix directly when you don't need to?

The bill item just says: Netflix Standard £6.49

Then you are paying for Netflix Standard which removes ads. It doesn't matter if you're on Essential TV or Ultimate TV, you'd pay for ad-removal on Netflix with either package.
