SKY STREAM VANISHING PLAYLIST

WEDNESDAY LAST WEEK SPENT 2 HOURS ON PHONE TO SKY AS PLAYLISTS HAVE DISAPPEARED. AFTER SEVERAL FACTORY RESETS ETC ETC WAS TOLD "OH IT WILL PROBABLY COME BACK TOMORROW"

ADDED LOST PROGRAMMES TO MY PLAYLIST AND THEY HAVE DISAPPEARED AGAIN TODAY 😤

CALLED SKY AGAIN TO BE TOLD "YES WE HAVE AN ISSUE THAT WE'RE HOPING TO GET FIXED BY NEXT FRIDAY. YOU WILL GET SOME COMPENSATION" 

FRIDAY I RENEGOTIATED A 2 YEAR CONTRACT DEAL .... MAYBE CANCELLING THAT UNLESS THEY GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER !

Same with me. 

 

One of several issues.  Wish I had a fix for ya, but think it's just a substandard product.

HAD NO PROBLEM WITH IT FOR 18 MONTHS 🤨 SO ANNOYING ... LET'S SEE HOW LONG IT TAKES THEM TO FIX IT 🤨
