We are fellow subscribers on the forum. You would need to speak to Sky. However make sure you retain your proof of postage etc, as not sure if Sky would be expecting it to be returning with the reference sent in their returns bundle etc.
Worse case you can just dispose of the returns kit in your cardboard recycling.
