As above puk box wont play progames

Do you have SKY Glass/Stream or SKY Q - If SKY Q I guess you mean SKY mini

 

If it is a SKY mini are you trying to watch a UHD recording ? SKY minis cannot view UHD recordings (unlike streaming apps that often adjust resolution to match)

It's sky stream has always worked but now only works when it feels like . It the main box in living room have one in bedroom which I swapped over and tried and it worked fine

Have you tried unplugging the sky puck for 10 minutes and seeing if that helps?

 

Do the shows/episodes open and play if you don't access them from the continue watching rail, but directly from the playlist or app the shows are available on?

 

Is it all shows that don't work, so from a variety of different apps? Do live channels work fine?

Tried unplugging and still does the same but it's not all the time live tv is ok so far but can't select watch from beginning
