Returning a faulty puck

I have been asked to return a faulty puck. DPD are arranging it and will bring a new puck. Do I have to return any cables and handset?

Hi @Des47

Yes. You will receive a complete new puck with new remote and cables. Old cables and remote need returning. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck
