Reorder favourites

Hi, I've just received a Sky Stream puck. I've been into Settings - Viewing Preferences - Manage Favourite Channels - I'll Choose

It allows me to select individual channels to add to my favourites. But there's no option that allows me to put them in the order I chose. 

Can someone help me with this?

From memory i think you have to select them in the order you want to see them.  Delete and start again.

Thanks Gincap. I played around with it a little and find the Manage Your Favourites option. That allowed me to reorder them.

Wow. On Sky Q, re-ordering Favourites is a standard function.

Assume from your second post, you managed it.

Were the on screen descriptions, on the favourites and Manage screens not clear enough?

We have seen before, some not finding those descriptions the most helpful.

Of course, first time you enter favourites from either Settings>Viewing Prefrences>Manage Favorites or from the link on the bottom of the tv guide, you have to set up and select all your channels in the list setting your up to 49 favourites.

Next time you enter (with favourites set up) you will see your favourites, listed from 1-49 (depending on how many you set up), see pic 1 below.

If you click on any of your set favourite channel tiles, using the remote select button you will see a right and left arrow appear by the side of the selected channel tile, using the right and left remote buttons to move up and down the order, see pic2 below.

In order to add or remove your current favourites, select the Manage button, that takes you back to the full list of channels. Once you have made any changes there, hit Save, pic 3 below.

You may then need to change the order, as above if you find it's not exactly where you want it.

Thanks lettice. The problem was that it kept offering to manage favourites for me, and so never offered to let me manage the order myself. It was ignoring my selection and getting into a loop.  I left it for an hour or so and went back to it and then it worked as you described.

Same here there was no option to move but i was looking whilst the pages fiasco if ladt night was going in so maybe that had something to do with it. Glad youve sorted it.
