So the remote to the tv in the kitchen, which has worked for the last 2.5yrs has suddenly stopped working. I've done the usual battery change, reset etc etc, but no difference. The puck when turned on manually puts the tv onto the Sky home page, as expected. Have 2 other picks in the house with no issues so took the remote from one of these others and tried to pair with the 'not working' puck.
nothing. No voice control, no volume, no flashing lights on reset/pair, absolutely zero. Spent 2hrs 50 mins on the phone to Sky, cut off 5 times, 3 different call handlers, repeated the story every time, 3 master resets, no idea from them so put on hold for 2hrs 20 mins of the 2hrs 50 waiting for the technical dept to answer. They didn't answer so here I am seeking help/advice from the community.......Any thought anyone?.
