Remote

Setting up out Sky stream box we connected our remote to a sound system we don't actually use. We now cannot turn the volume up on the remote. Weve tried holding 7&9 for three seconds and 1&3 but this doesnt work and have tried turning on and off on the box. There is literally nothing else we can think of to fix this.

Please try this 

1. Simultaneously press and hold buttons 7 and 9 on your Sky Stream remote for three seconds.
2. Next, press and hold buttons 4 and 6 together for three seconds.
3. Finally, press and hold buttons 1 and 3 together for three seconds and proceed as directed on the screen.
