Remote won't pair

Hello. I have the Sky Puck, and the remote will not pair to it. I have 2 remotes, both fail to pair. I've tried the following:

Turn Puck on/off at the mains.

Hold 7/9 for 3 seconds, 4/6 for 3 seconds, 1/3 for 3 seconds - no joy. Neither remote will pair.

The sky puck has the new OS on it so maybe this is an issue, idk. 

Any help?
