Remival of additions to stream

Hi, I just got the stream thing activated. I want to take off Netflix and whole house additions please

Netflix is part of your subscription and cannot and will achieve little by removal😉

You'll have to phone Sky if you are having difficulties cancelling from your subscriptions🤔

Whole Home you may be able to remove from https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv.

Remember that the additional pucks will need to be returned to Sky.

Netflix with ads is included as part of the base package and cannot be removed. If you have used Sky to upgrade your Netflix package then you can downgrade the tiers at the link above.
