Whole Home you may be able to remove from https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv.
Remember that the additional pucks will need to be returned to Sky.
Netflix with ads is included as part of the base package and cannot be removed. If you have used Sky to upgrade your Netflix package then you can downgrade the tiers at the link above.
