Can anyone help me bring up my new Swish Broadband to be visible on the sky stream puck please

I had Swish broadband fitted this afternoon and its not visible on my Sky Stream puck .. 

has anyone exoerienced this who could help solve this ?

@DPmail123   Have you tried resetting your network within the puck menu?  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-no-wifi-connection-osm

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
