Refer a friend error
I signed up via the telephone with a Sky employee. I initially attempted to sign up via 'Topcashback' as they stated I would get £150.
However, on calling Sky the employee told me she could only offer a 'refer a friend' option, where someone I know on sky can follow said instructions (provided by sky employee) and we would both get a £50 voucher.
I signed up on 13/06/25 and I have just got round to getting someone to follow the sky referral instructions, but it states invalid as I must be a 'new' customer. I feel hard done by. Is there a timescale on the referral?
