You don't record shows on Sky Stream in the traditional sense. You add shows to a playlist ( this is essentially like the watchlist or My List feature you find in other streaming apps like Prime, Disney + or Netflix).
From your playlist typically shows will be linked to the relevant on-demand app the show is available on. For some content like sport or shows from the smaller TV channels that don't have their own apps, adding a show to a playlist should end up with a cloud recording of the show being taken ( however this depends on individual shows over if Sky have the legal rights to create a cloud recording of the channel to record the show).
