I am severely dissatisfied with the service it poor service with Sky pucks money paid often for no programmes. Or interrupted programmes. I read about updating the puck resetting WiFi and did all that I have fast BT Halo  WiFi and al other on live programmes work except Sky which is poor poor service. Getting hold of anyone easily is bad as well. 0 out of 10. Will not renew.

This is a customer helps customer community, you're not addressing Sky customer services.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
