I have only just gotten my sky Stream. There are no issues at all with the internet connection, so I know that the issue is not caused by that.
Everything will play fine for a while then will suddenly lag, so the sound of the TV does not match with the screen. It's frustrating watching something that doesn't match with the lips. I will have to turn it off and back on for it to go away. But with this being 2 days old and quite expensive this is definitely not ideal!
How can this be resolved?

Sky's suggestion is to switch the audio output on the puck to PCM. This will only provide stereo audio (not 5.1 or Atmos) but it should stay in sync.
It's far from a solution though. I found the only thing that worked was to cancel and switch to an Apple TV 4K box with the NOW app. I've not had any issues with it at all.

Any smart TV with a now TV app.
No issues with that and entertainment package for as low as 5.99 for 6 mths.
An offer is on for 6.99, but go for one month, pay 9.99, then cancel, you are then offered it for 5.99

Was also going to say, it will be on 31 day approval, so you can send back, I did after 14 days
