Add TNT sports to sky stream

i cannot access any tnt sports games via discovery plus. Spoke with sky for an hiur and eventually they told me to speak to discovery plus. Why?

How are you actually paying for your TNT sports, is it via a BT paid subscription or via a Sky Marketplace paid subscription.

Which Tv platform are you using, Sky Q or Sky Stream/Glass? Have you recently moved from Sky Q to Sky Stream/Glass?
