Best to do a re pair of your Sky Stream remote

1. Press and hold 7 and 9 together for 3 seconds.
2. Press and hold 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds.
3. Wait until you see the 'Your remote is now connected' message and select Continue
4. Follow the on screen instructions to add and control your TV.

If you go into the stream settings section there is a rule called connected devices ..... in this section you have the option of setting up your sky remote to control the tv
