Recently had Sky installed and after 2cday I upgraded for more channels, however I find RTE radio 1 will not plat, the other dtations work ok? Any ideas?

I also cannot see the RTE 1 radio station in the Radioplayer app on my Sky Stream either.
But can see it on my iPad Radioplayer app.
Not sure if you have to have a Northern Ireland address location to be able to see it in the Radioplayer app on Sky Glass/Stream..

Rte radio 1 and Nova dont work. I have asked sky about this, I would have a better chance get knocked down by a bus in the Sahara Desert as they dont know that's the ans I got and still no joy.
