Screen Freeze - after the roll back update has been done.

New update done and still it jumps when watching football.

I'm still on the QSE038.010.00P firmware with stuttering and dropped frames. 

I was following the other thread that informed of the firmware roll-back but that's locked now so I can't comment. It seems I can't invoke a roll-back myself? I can't believe there was a potential solution weeks ago yet some of us are still waiting! As a new user to the streaming box this has been frustrating.

I marked this post as answered but still waiting for the roll back to be applied. Seems to be taking ages, all the while continuing stuttering spoiling viewing

It's a nightmare nothing has changed for me with the roll back or even the new update
