It would seem you are on the affected UI version of 3.268.1. As per the post from  @Fothergill1 above, the issue seems to be resolved on the 3.268.3 version of the UI software.

HI @mancsmark like you I was only having the blank icon issue with UI 3.268.1 but as I mentioned above the icons seem to be OK at the moment since I was updated to 3.268.3.  Sky roll out updates in batches so unfortunately you will just have to be patient and wait for your turn to come around.  Hopefully you will get it soon and that i resolves your icon issue 🤞

I have had the blank tiles since April waited 3 months for a fix but none came canceled sky after 3 months of frustration

Just a niggling thing.  Recently, odd playlist icons dissapear.  (I have several playlists). The playlist is still there but the icon isn't.  I can put it back on but then a different one will vanish.  Also have the same problem with preview pics in the playlist.  Reboots don't help.  Ideas?

There is a bug in the latest software release causing this and many other issues we are waiting a new release to be issued.

I've had the sky stream service for about 10 days and I've had yo reboot the puk at least three times. The menu appears on screen and you can navigate to a channel but there are no images. Getting a bit bored of this now.

My program guide tile icons are not loading I'm left with blank blue boxes all the time. I'm tired of keeping restarting the puck everyday.

On my sky stream menu about 80 percent of the small Preview boxes are just blue squares and no picture I have already done all the reboot checked everything Wi-Fi is good speed

Anybody else have pictures missing on front page of sky glass been like this for couple of weeks

If you mean the pictures in the tiles on the homepage then yes, mine has been like that for a while. Clicking on the tile still works but its a bit annoying. Restarting TV works, but the blank tiles come back eventually.

Can someone one help I have lost most of the playlist photos of programs and also on a lot of the other ones as well it itx blank Netflix blank etc top 10 this week blank chicago fire blank and so on have rebooted and apps no joy

There is a problem with the latest software release QS.040.***** and UI3.268.1 which has bugs causing several issues your problem included.  Sky say they are working on a solution but no update has been issued yet!

A waiting game for many.
