We have had sky stream for at least 6 months now. Lip syncing hasn't been a problem until this week. Now every day, it is a problem. The longer you watch then the more out of sync the television gets.
It can be temporarily fixed by unplugging the puck and restarting. Even then it might be a fraction out, but after a few hours, the synch goes again.
The fact that it has worked for months for a long time would suggest it's not a problem with my television set up. Either the puck has developed a problem, in which case I need a new one, or the issue has been introduced by a software update.
Not very good really.

Thank you I have tried that, turning channels over and disconnecting everything, just spoken to sky she said it's the broadband which I can't understand but all she kept saying is it your broadband

I have the same issue, so I looked on this forum. My broadband is Virgin Media 1gb, and it's fast, I frequently check the speed and it has been stable throughout. Hopefully, Sky will have a proper answer soon rather than blame the broadband.

I removed everything and plugged the puck directly into the tv plus used the tv speaker only instead of the sound bar and the problem still has not improved. I bought new hdmi cables that were a pretty expensive type and still no change. I have tried every single combination possible with eArc and without but still the same issue. I really do think it is the puck

@Spannerman007 you shouldn't get any sync issues with eARC if it's correct connected. Have you changed all your audio settings to Pass through?

It's not your broadband and this subject has been covered countless number of times on the forum. Please use the search function to find a potential resolution

Yes I have tried this also I literally have tried every single combination but still have out of sync sound unfortunately. I think I will give up and use the free view on my tv and firestick

I never found a solution to getting good lip sync on my puck. I tried every combination of connection but nothing retained sync permanently. I just think having everything, including the third party apps, hosted on a server, adds latency which somehow disrupts the a/v sync. It would be fine some days and terrible on others with no consistency.
I gave up after a year or so and ditched Sky Stream completely. Don't have any lip sync issues with my Firestick 4K Max, Apple TV 4K box or the apps on my TV.

I feel the same. It's a shame as it's a good idea to just have everything on one box but unfortunately the build quality seems to be really poor as I've had lots of issues with it from day one really

I have the Puck HDMI to the TV and then HDMI out to the Sonos via ARC.
My fire cube work perfectly fine setup this way.

eARC is turning out to be as problematic with handshake issues as was the older ARC. Some LG sets are particularly prone. There shouldn't be lip sync problems with a HDMI connection, there maximum audio is Dolby Digital Plus which is still a lossy SD format.
I only get issues with Sky programmes themselves. On the rare occasions I used the Netflix app lip sync has been good. The Apple TV+ puck is much more stable and of course Netflix has Atmos on that platform. I've actually got Sky at 100ms for lip sync. My pathway is all external streaming and disc hardware via HDMI to my Denon AVR X6500 and then to the TV.
