Puk keeps disconnecting

Do you mean a puck? A PUK is a Personal Unblocking Key, used for unlocking a SIM card.

My sky box keeps disconnecting too. I am really getting fed up now. Every time I trunks it on it won't connect the WiFi and I need to reset every time... this is now getting ridiculous.
