It's good to see that sky have fixed the issue. I don't yet know if my pucks are working but I will try them out when I get home. I have looked at my account and tracking still says "delayed" so I'm not hopeful 😳

No I wouldn't be too hopeful at all, still nothing my device is at the top of the priority in the listing, but my sky app thinks I'm still on Sky Q so the puck won't load and just sits on sky app and can't move forwards.

 

 

Surely sky tested this before committing to saying it's resolved as it's clearly not.

 

Anyway good luck with it and hopefully yours work but ours still not got any further forward...

Saying no subscription on sky stream puc

I've just got my sky stream puc and got to the homepage but it's saying I have no subscription. But I have the basic with Netflix and discovery. How do I fix this?

Maybe it's taking them some time to get through the backlog? - I'm hoping that's the issue. I am the same as you and moving from Sky Q & when I log into my account online I see a message saying something like - your sky order is coming....im not sure if that means the pucks which still look like they're delayed in tracking or that theyre still in the middle of moving my account from Q to stream which at this point they've had 5 days to do. I will message here once I've had a chance to check this evening....keeping my fingers crossed for all still having issues

As per other users, I'm new to sky. 

finally both my pucks are working but says I have got a subscription... but I have. How can I sort this? Annoying!

Trust me I'm not new I've been with sky 18 years and the service has always been appalling with support. When it was just a simple box recorder it was serviceable although had it's issues. 

 

But this puck is a different beast completely in sky's hands as to registration and apps, the old sky card let you view the channels but these new devices are all dependent upon their software, hence the issue we're experiencing. Good luck as I've still it got TV 5 days later...

I reset puck back to factory & went thru set up again, and now have a subscription and can stream.

i did however find out the the "essentials" package is no good and tried upgrading to ultimate. It then said to call sky. I did. And apparently my original subscription isn't active even tho I can watch sky Atlantic etc. what? lol 

 

can't make this stuff up.....

Mine are now activated although I havent had time to check the second one yet. I'm a bit unsure at the stage in at as it says no subscription but to select one & when I do it's coming up with the ultimate package - which is what I think I have. I'm assuming ive to keep going but not sure....I might have to call sky to get them to talk me through it as its not clear from the info on the screen!

 

Definitely looking more positive than previous days anyway

Factory reset of the primary puck worked for me and now can see channels.

 

Suggest this is the resolution for anyone still struggling with the "No Subscription" issue.

Sky hub box empty when deliverd

Has anyone else had this issue and how quickly was it resolved, my services have been put as active but i am unable to use the stream pucks as they are showing as not arrived when they have. So completly without service st the momoment.

According to a few customer service agents, it was anyone who 'bought' a PUK after 18 September.  Something went wrong on that day.  Guess it could be it was a bug in the software update of the Sky's system but could also just be the software on the Puk.

Ok sounds plausible but how done fix that, if Sky sending out new picks asap or can the update online fix this?  As the initial update I assume was on board when the puck initially booted for the 1st time. 

 

At least it's some progress as to a possible cause but how are some getting it and some not? As we've moved to the puck from Q but the online software isn't registering the swap even though the puck is acknowledged as registered. 

 

Come on Sky support please fix these software issues... 🙏
