Same as mine. But on the product info it will say delivered

As above. I am new to sky stream. Have 2 pucks delivered. Only 1 showing as delivered. Can now activate them but saying I don't have a subscription even though I do.... this is ridiculous.

Yep mine also can't see anything other than a stupid statement  about sky stream without ultimate TV and the Sky logo to bring that statement up 🤦

 

It's not great is it! So another week or so to fix this one too I'm guessing and still no TV to watch. 

 

So no TV again today, surely someone in support must have followed the system through after registrating the device and found this issue too.

 

Please resolve this as it's still not working.

There still seems to be ongoing issues with new Stream account activations. Monitor the other long thread about the issue and Sky should announce when they've sorted it on there.

I have the same issue.  Received my new (replacement) Puk on 22/09 and Sky's systems are still showing 'Awaiting Delivery' so activation isn't possible.  Have called them every day, and all I hear is 'they're working on it'.  Today's reply was 'this is a known issue, we're working on it' 

Also gave them the serial number, says they'll escalate and it'll take up to (another!) 72 hours.

An entire week - no working Sky, no TV and paying exhorbitant fees. Compensation is an offer of £10!! Grr

Hi Richard130 so the registration and setting up the sky apps has worked and you can now watch TV through sky???

 

If so I'll give it another go but 10 mins ago it was just at the sky icon page and couldn't register the activation of Sky apps.

Same as others, pucks are now activated but no subscription showing.

 

And otherwise delivery status has not changed in the app.

 

Seems like this is resolved for existing customers who bought additional picks, but not for new customers.

 

Hopefully this has a quick resolution and not a further multiple day wait with no clarity. @KevNewMedia

Finally, all working. App still says Puck is delayed (it actually arrived 20th) , I had to Factory Reset Puck again but this time activation worked. Just checked my existing pucks and they all work fine. Good luck everyone, hope you all get sorted too.

Both pucks have now activated and working now however Dolby Atmos not working on either of them, it's active on my account. Any suggestions please?
