Puck
Tv puck takes minutes to connect to wifi after turning on. Picture and connection are awful. Its like 70s tv quality picture. Had a new puck and the issue still exists. Sky app says wifi performance is good!!!!! Extremely disappointed...though it may be to do with position sky put our hub in. All told really regretting moving to sky

Re: Puck
@Markfrommk If you're having the same issue with different pucks the issue would suggest to be wifi related, on the stream puck go to the Netflix App, go to Get GHelp, run connection test, what speed is being reported at the puck.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Puck
Have you tried connecting your puck using an Ethernet cable? It would at least show if your issue is WiFi related!
