Re: Puck
Hi @trek66
You will need to provide more information for the community to assist. Who is your ISP? What speed do you get? What speed is your puck getting ( you can check in netflix - profile pic > get help? > Connectivity check). What exactly is the issue you are having.
"Dodgy" doest give us a lot to go off. Remember we are fellow customers not sky, we know nothing about you, or your set up unless you tell us.

Please Note: I am not a Sky employee. I am a fellow subscriber. Please do not PM me as they will not be responded to. Posting publicly to a thread increases the usefulness for all.

It might not be the puck that's dodgy, it might be the broadband connection it's receiving.
SkyOS, the operating system which runs on the puck is largely server-based, not stored on the puck itself, therefore it requires a fast and more imporantly, stable connection to Sky's servers. If your broadband simply isn't fast enough or has excessive speed fluctuations then you will have a 'dodgy' experience with Sky Stream, even with a perfectly functioning puck.
