Just got Sky stream. Have 2nd puck in bedroom. Ok watching "live" TV but on stream turns off. Connections seem ok

Many thanks; much appreciated . Checked all recommendations and spoke to Sky. Looks like a faulty puck; new one in the post.

@Jjr87 have you tried rebooting your second stream puck? Also have you got the whole home add on activated on your account??
