Puck software issue

I have updated my software on my sky puck 3 times and won't allow me to the Home Screen what can I do as followed everything else

What do you mean you can't get to the Home Screen? Please can you explain in more detail what the actual problem is and what you are seeing.

 

Also it's worth noting you can't force software updates on pucks. The software updates are rolled out in batches automatically by Sky and there is no way to override that.

Are you trying to activate a Puck and it is failing to complete the software update?
