Puck returns

I cancelled my sky tv and have returned the box. Royal mail says delivered but haven't had any confirmation from sky. Anyone know how long before I will be notified? I don't want to get charged.

Hi @Prajanna Are you still able to sign into your MySky account at www.sky.com?  If so go to Your Products and you will find details of your hardware listed and the items you returned will say "Returned" if they have been received.

 

You could always phone Sky and ask but even if Sky confirms receipt I would still keep you proof of postage in case they claim at a later date that it has not been received.  It happened to me a few years ago when returning a Sky Q multiroom puck.

 

Here is an example of the faulty puck I returned a couple of months ago (I have accessed  "Your Products"  from my Sky homepage.
