Puck replacement

Good morning, 

 

My TV streaming service has not been working since Tuesday 23 September - I called and spoke to your technical department this week and your colleague was extremely helpful - we was unable to resolve the problem and I was informed that a new pick would be sent. I have received not further updates. Please can you help?
