Puck remote stopped working

Successful paired my puck remote on initial set up but then the remote stopped working. I have reset the remote but it now will not pair with the puck .

Hi @jasensteve 

Try switching the puck off at the socket, then press and hold 7+9 on the remote for 5 seconds.

Then turn the socket back on wait for the puck to settle then press the power button underneath the puck and then press and 1+3 for a few seconds and hopefully the pairing message will appear.

@jasensteve Must be contagious! Mine conked out unexpectedly. Decided to take the hit and order one myself next day delivery from Amazon rather than go through Sky's bureaucratic faff. I saw that a lot of people seem to be doing this. Sky should be sending all Stream/Glass owners a free remote as backup. They eat batteries and go dead randomly.

My controller has completely stopped working. Changed batteries and still not working. We hardly use this tv so the controller is hardly used
